What is the RSVP deadline?

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Yes! The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), and cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors, but they will both be at The Richardson Hotel.
How do I get to the venue?

We would love it if everyone was able to stay at the hotel with us, but for those staying elsewhere or driving from home the address is 444 Forest Ave. Buffalo, NY 14213.
Is there parking available?

Yes there is! If you enter from Forest Ave, continue around the back of the building, following signs for the hotel. You'll arrive at the primary entrance and a parking lot.
Is there a room block at The Richardson?

There is, but we have a limited number of rooms for the block. There are a number of other hotels and Airbnb's in the area as well! Let us know if you need help finding something. We have a discount with the Lennox Hotel. Go to 'Visiting Buffalo' for more information.
What is the dress code?

The dress code is formal / black-tie optional. We would love everyone to get dressed up with us in their best attire! Dark suits or tuxedos, and floor-length or mid-length dresses are encouraged.
Can I bring a plus one?

If your invitation included 'and guest,' feel free to bring one along. However, if it was addressed only to you, we kindly request that you attend solo to ensure ample seating and dining arrangements. Thank you for your understanding!
Am I allowed to bring my child(ren)?

If your invitation mentioned 'family,' you're welcome to bring your children. However, if it was addressed solely to you, we kindly ask that you attend without children to ensure appropriate seating and accommodations. Thank you for your understanding!
What type of food will be served?

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. Be sure to mark what your meal choice is when you RSVP. And save room for cake!
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

There will be a vegan option available. If you have any allergies or other restrictions please let us know in your RSVP or by reaching out to us and we will work with the staff and do our best to accommodate!
Will there be an open bar?

Yes, there will be! So have one, or a few, on us!
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 88 Ardmore Pl. Buffalo, NY 14213 A wedding card box will be at our reception as well.
What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins at 5:00pm. We ask that you arrive 30-45 minutes beforehand to avoid any issues.
What time will the reception end?

We have the venue until midnight.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

We would love if everyone put their cellphones away for the ceremony. We know you want to capture the moment, but we will actually have two photographers there to capture it from every angle, and we promise to share the pictures with you afterward! Feel free to take as many as you want after the ceremony ends though!
